All units are fully furnished down to the silver ware. A condo hotel is an ideal property as its a luxurious second home in a fabulous vacation destination. It will generate revenue offsetting the cost of ownership and has appreciation potential. Each Condo Hotel has different lengths of stay. You can stay in the Atlantic all year but in the Hilton your limited to 60 days in season and 60 days out of season
